Yes! Lobster Claw partners with the most affordable shop around. They use the best technology and provide a low cost CPM to get your marketing video distributed on YouTube, and OTT platforms (Hulu, DirectTV Now, Sling TV, YouTube TV to name a few).
Do you provide scritpwriting or do we have to write the script?
Lobster Claw can provide full marketing scriptwriting and creative development services. We ask that our clients be prepared to provide as much information as possible so we can best learn about your business.
How many people will be on the film crew when they arrive at our facility?
Our typical crew consists of 2 people. Sometimes we will have additional production personnel such as a Gaffer or Production Coordinator. It depends on the scope of the project.
Will there be any additional costs with my video that are not on the original quote?
We do not want our clients to have any surprises or unexpected costs. So the agreed upon budget is what you pay in the end. The only caveat to this is if there is a change in the project during production. If any added costs come up we will always get them approved before they are incurred by the production.
How long does 'one production day' mean?
A full typical production day is 10 hours long.
What should I wear to my on-camera interview?
Being prepared for your interview is very important. Dark colors look good on camera. White colors often reflect too much light. Stripes, dense patterns, text and large logos should be avoided (unless it’s your company logo).
Should I use a professional voiceover artist?
A professional voiceover artist is essential to making your video production successful. It all comes down to the quality of the audio — you’re producing a high quality video, and therefore using professional audio equipment and narration will help the make the audio on par with the rest of the content.
How many revisions do I get to make on my video once I see the first cut?
You have 3 opportunities to make comments and changes on the finished video.
Will there be additional costs if I change something after I approve it?
Changes that are requested after the included revisions will incur additional expense. We will always discuss those costs with you beforehand as to ensure it is approved to make the change.
Who owns the footage after the video is produced?
You do. We reserve the right to use videos we’ve produced on our portfolio and website.
How much will my video cost?
Cost depends on the idea, the scope of the project, and how many days it will take to film/edit. Additionally, cost is based on scripting, actors, voice over, animated graphics and music. Give us a call and we can talk over your idea, your budget and how we can work with you to get your ideas on screen.
How do I get my video?
We deliver our products digitally via web-based services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or on a hard drive.
What is the payment structure?
We ask for 50% upfront and 50% upon completion and delivery.
